REFUND POLICY – RISEN CHRISTIAN APPAREL

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Worn or damaged items not caused by us


3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We will provide return instructions


4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method


5. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days


6. EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.


7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Include photos of the issue

  • We will resolve it at no cost to you


8. PRE-ORDERS / LIMITED DROPS

Items purchased during limited releases or pre-orders may have extended fulfillment times. These timelines will be communicated at checkout.
